I think this has to be broken down into two parts.
The first part being there is absolutely a double standard on how the media and fans treats black players and white players in regard to sideline tantrums.
Anyone trying to deny that is being naïve.

The second part is Tom Brady gets a lot of rope because he’s won 5 Super Bowls and is considered one of the greatest if not the greatest quarterback of all-time.
People are arguing both sides of the equation, but both sides are right. What you want is that when someone like Odell Beckham is just being emotional, that it is called the same way as Tom Brady.
Equality is something that black people have looked for to be given to us for centuries. Now, there is a difference between costing your team with penalties and things like that, but if you dismissing Brady’s antics on sideline, you have to dismiss people like Antonio Brown or Dez Bryant as well.
