JJ Hickson spent time in the NBA with the Cavs, Trailblazers, Nuggets, Wizards and Kings. He showed potential in Cleveland by playing three seasons with LeBron James.
According to Fox 5 in Atlanta, Hickson is being charged with being involved in a home invasion in Coweta County. He is booked in the county jail. The incident occurred Friday night and Hickson is one of two people involved. Items from the home were stolen and someone was injured in the process.
“The victim was beat up pretty good and they took some personal items from the residence and at that point in time through the help of a canvass we were able to identify a suspect and a suspect vehicle. We were able to identify a suspect from that,” said Captain John Kennedy of the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office.
Hickson faces a judge today in court as charges include robbery in connection with a home invasion.
