Remember this name…Darrell Wallace Jr.
Drive 4 Diversity graduate, Darrell Wallace Jr. is one of NASCAR’s most promising drivers. He’s talented, humble, driven, and just happens to also be black.
After becoming the youngest pole winner in series history (the poleis the qualifying race and dictates your place in the final race), the 19 year-old Wallace Jr. is in a good position to get the first National Series win of his career in tonight’s Lucas Oil 200 .
Wallace won six times in the K&N Pro Series East from 2010-12 and made his Nationwide debut last year with three top 10’s in four races. He has one top five and two top 10’s in five NASCAR Camping World Truck Series starts this season.
