Chip Kelly’s play calling has been widely criticized since the season started. Kelly has opened up and admits that his play calling has been the greatest.
It’s still early in the NFL season but as we all know, stats speak for themselves and it’s not looking that great for the Eagles. Eagles head coach Chip Kelly decided to reflect on his play calling.
“I’ve got to do a better job play calling,” Kelly said today.
It seems like he’s paying attention.
“They’re not successful,” Kelly said of the plays he’s calling. “You can’t sit there and say it’s working. We’re not successful on first and second down. We haven’t been successful in the first half of games.”
His Oregon State offense stats sure are different. The Eagles face the Saints this coming Sunday. Will Chip Kelly do a better job by then? Stay tuned.
