You knew this was coming once it was announced that EA Sports was no longer making NCAA Football games anymore. It’s going to cost them too much to settle this case.

EA Sports and CLC are leaving only one defendant in this case: the NCAA. They basically just yelled good luck to them as they jumped off the sinking ship.
