T.J. Yeldon was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the second round of the 2015 NFL Draft on Friday. He spoke to the media afterwards, citing something Packers running back Eddie Lacy told him about NFL practice.
Eddie Lacy told Yeldon that their respective sessions with Nick Saban were more difficult than what he’s experienced so far with the Green Bay Packers.
“I talked to Eddie some, and he was like ‘the practices are much easier than at Alabama,'” Yeldon said. “And he said that he didn’t have too many practices that are that hard.”
This isn’t incredibly surprising, from a physical standpoint. I would imagine most college practices are more physically demanding than NFL ones.
I’d like to know who watches more film.
