Donald Trump uses his twitter fingers angered by the fact John Legend and Chrissy Teigen didn’t praise him criminal justice reform he passed, the First Step Act in 2018. Trump was critical of soul singer John Legend after appearing in an MSNBC town hall-style segment about the criminal justice system.
As per usual Trump said that Obama “couldn’t come close” on passing laws for criminal justice reform. He added that “guys like boring musician @johnlegend, and his filthy-mouthed wife, are talking now about how great it is – but I didn’t see them around when we needed help getting it passed.”
John Legend clapped back, “Imagine being president of a whole country and spending your Sunday night hate-watching MSNBC hoping somebody–ANYBODY–will praise you. Melania, please praise this man. He needs you. Your country needs you, Melania.”
Legend’s wife Chrissy Teigen went off on twitter, “lol what a p*ssy ass b*tch. tagged everyone but me. an honor, mister president,” and, “The absolute best part of his tweet is I literally didn’t speak in the special, nor was I mentioned. I’m cackling at the pointless addition of me because he cannot not be a b*tch.”
