Spain’s Brazil-born Diego Costa drew a penalty earlier in the match to help Spain lead, however, that fairytale ended real soon. When I mean real soon, I mean it completely went down hill for them the rest of the game, no more like Spain tripped and tumbled head first down the hill.
The Netherlands is obviously still upset after the 2010 World Cup championship defeat, so what better way to get back at the reigning champions than to score five goals on them. They wanted to ensure that Spain had no chance to advance, no mercy for them.
