I understand that Lebron didn’t go to college, but even the girls on 16 and pregnant know what the word “contraction” means (you see what I did there).
Who is Lebron’s PR person is it Maverick Carter? Some of the things Lebron says are mind-boggling (he might need to look that up as well).
LeBron James welcomes the New Jersey Nets and the Minnesota Timberwolves as part of the NBA, and said that he never intended to advocate contraction in recent comments he made about the league’s “watered down” talent level compared to the 1980s.
“That’s crazy, because I had no idea what the word ‘contraction’ meant before I saw it on the Internet,” James said after the Miami Heat’s practice Monday. “I never even mentioned that. That word never even came out of my mouth. I was just saying how the league was back in the ’80s and how it could be good again. I never said, ‘Let’s take some of the teams out.’ “
I believe Lebron doesn’t know what he is talking about half the time. He is trying to make good quotes, but most of the time he just makse himself look silly.
It is unintentional comedy like any movie Tyrese is in.
Lebron is playing great basketball, but stay away from the mic. I hope that he is just backpedaling and really knows what the word means because if not.
