The question is about intent in regard to how many games Artest is suspended. I think it was intentional to get Harden off of him, I don’t think he realized exactly where Harden was in relation to his elbow.
Meaning if he had known his head was right there, I don’t think he would have swung his elbow so viciously. He lost control and got caught up in the fact that he dunks on someone once every 10 games.
Two game suspension would be fair in my opinion, you can make your own.
