Angela Renee Simmons, born Sept. 18, 1987, in Queens, New York, is an American entrepreneur, television personality and fashion designer. She is the daughter of Joseph “Rev. Run” Simmons, a founding member of the pioneering hip-hop group Run-D.M.C., and Valerie Vaughn.
Simmons first gained national attention on the MTV reality series Run’s House, which chronicled the lives of her family. Alongside her sister, Vanessa Simmons, she co-founded Pastry Footwear in 2007, a lifestyle and fashion brand that became a hit among young consumers.
