I feel sort of bad for Robert Paul Plunkett because he was involved in a police sting and honestly is it really criminal to try to buy oral sex? Technically yes, but you get what I am saying.
The story from the Big Lead goes as follows.
I assume Plunkett was in an area known for hookers around 5pm, sees a woman and asked if she wants a “ride”. The woman says yes and then she asked him if he wants to have oral sex.
I would say 99% of men are going to say yes and when he did he was arrested.
He offered the undercover officer $30 for her services, so at least he was a Dollarnaire about it. Plunkett is married with three kids, that doesn’t matter though and shouldn’t surprise you.
