What we do know is that Phil Jackson canceled a speaking engagement almost immediately after Mike Brown was fired.
We also know that Jackson is in LA currently. There is a unconfirmed report that Jackson is at the Lakers facility right now. It appears it is Jackson’s job if he wants it with Mike D’Antoni as the back up choice.
