There’s nothing like having a shoe deal, and doing something completely incredible to inspire more press for that feat. You have to be living under a rock to have not witnessed DeAndre Jordan take Brandon Knight’s soul with this dunk.
Jordan has a shoe deal with Under Armour, and the apparel company has taken advantage of the face Jordan made while walking to the free throw line.
Under Armour has labeled that face the “dunk face,” and now the company has produced two different styles of t-shirts to commemorate the dunk, and the face by calling them “Show Me Your Dunk Face.”
The sports apparel company, which counts Jordan among the athletes on its roster, is now selling two styles of the T-shirt, a gray one with a cartoon version of Jordan dunking and a blue one with the slogan “SHOW ME YOUR DUNK FACE.” Not exactly up to the level of the famous “Hey LeBron! How’s My Dirk Taste?” tee that DeShawn Stevenson wore after Dirk Nowitzki and the Mavericks beat James and the Miami Heat in the 2011 NBA Finals, but it’s still pretty good.
