Johnny Manziel has been living the good life ever since winning the Heisman this past season and becoming a household name. But now it seems that ‘Johnny F00tbal’ has been grabbing more headlines for what he does off the field, rather than on it.
Manziel was recently snapped in Cabo, Mexico with friends and while he did nothing wrong, the sort of press he’s been picking up as a result has been less than desirable.
A fan of Manziel’s named Pater Stubbs (@Mclovinstublet) decided to tweet out a photo of him and others hanging with the Heisman trophy winner, but the caption that went with it raises some eyebrows.
Pater Stubbs seemed somewhat oblivious to the kind of media sensation Manziel is and then tweeted the following soon after

This again goes back to the kind of unwanted press Manziel has been picking up since becoming a big name. Although, Manziel isn’t directly at fault for the fallout of this, he’s still going to bare the brunt of the blame because of who he is.
Will this result in a backlash big enough to cause the 20 year old football sensation to finally mature and think before he acts more?
