Oakland Raiders linebacker Kaluka Maiava and his brother are charged with assaulting two men at a bar in Hawaii.
Maui Prosecuting Attorney John Kim says the 27-year-old Maiava and his 30-year-old brother, Ilima Maiava, are charged with misdemeanor assault and criminal property damage, a petty misdemeanor.
