The Houston Rockets liked what they saw from Francisco Garcia during the team’s playoff run, and now he’s been reward with a new deal.
The Houston Chronicle is reporting that Garcia and the Rockets have agreed to a two-year $2.6 million deal.
“I feel good, man,” said Garcia, a guard/forward. “I like the team, the coaching staff, the organization. I’m glad to be back.”
The 6-foot-7 Garcia averaged 10.7 points and did a good job defensively on Kevin Durant during the Rockets first round loss to the Thunder.
