The NFL and Roger Goodell just received some good news on this Thursday afternoon.
Peter King is reporting that the NFL and it’s 4,500 litigants in its concussion lawsuit have reached a settlement.

Judge Anita Brody previously had both parties go through mediation before she was to issue a ruling in September, and sent both parties to speak with U.S District Judge Layn Phillips.
Reports suggest that the settlement was for $765 million, or $170,000 per players.
The NFL has now gotten from under a public relations nightmare that was hovering over the game for a few years now.
