Mike Evans gets compared to a lot of wide receivers in the NFL, but he’s really only tried to pattern his game after once since enter highschool.
According to timesonline.com, Evans compares and patterns his own game after Chicago Bears star wide receiver, Brandon Marshall.
“I get a lot of Vincent Jackson comparisons, and that’s a great comparison,” Evans said of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers standout, according to timesonline.com. “But I think Brandon Marshall. He’s vicious after the catch. A big, physical guy, can go up and get it, blocks real well. So I’ve modeled my game after him since high school.”
Evan caught 151 passes for 2,499 yards and 17 touchdowns the past two seasons in College Station.
