Where you can get 2 years for running dog fighting business or shooting yourself in the leg, but only 6 months for doing this.
The San Diego City Attorney’s Office has charged Thomas Guerra, 29, for knowingly exposing an ex-boyfriend to HIV, who is now testing positive. After Guerra’s ex filed a report with police, Guerra has been accused of infecting 24 other men with HIV.
“Texts where he’s stating he’s negative to people then bragging to others about giving people his ‘positive load,’” he told CBS8. “It’s crude, it’s…I don’t know how someone could treat another individual like that.”
Guerra, who is also known as Ashton Chavez, currently faces a maximum of six months in prison and a $1,000 fine. More from CBS8:
