The Redskins-Eagles contest created the most fireworks during the early afternoon games. There was expected to be bad blood with DeSean Jackson making his return to Philly, but no one thought a brawl would ensue.
Redskins defensive lineman Chris Baker took a cheap shot on Eagles quarterback Nick Foles after an apparent interception. Eagles tackle Jason Peters didn’t take too kindly of the hit, which stirred up the brawl.
Luckily for both ball clubs, neither player will miss action.
Per a source with knowledge of the situation, neither player will be suspended for his actions on Sunday. However, both face stiff fines.
The rematch is December 20th in DC.
