Report: Jameis’ Rape Accuser Tried to Extort Him For $7 Million

There isn’t any question that Jameis Winston has done some things that make you scratch your head. The most serious thing he has been accused of is rape. That isn’t something you can just chalk up to being a young college kid. Rape is a serious crime and if it was true Jameis should have been thrown under the jail. Jameis was never arrested or charged with any crime. The reasoning was lack of evidence and conflicting stories. I believe women who lie about be sexually assaulted should be arrested, because their lies make it harder for real victims.

Only Jameis and Erica Kinsman know what happened that night, but if you are to believe Jameis Winston’s lawyer, Ms. Kinsman wasn’t rape she just wanted money.

According to the letter — obtained by TMZ Sports — the alleged victim’s lawyer, Patricia Carroll, demanded $7 MIL to settle her client’s claims against FSU and Winston, telling Cornwell, “If we settle, you will never hear from my client or me again — in the press or anywhere.”

Cornwell says he rejected her offer and 4 days later she went to the media.

Mr. Cornwell goes on to say that Ms. Kinsman criminal case fell apart because semen from multiple men were found on her body and she lied about never having sex with black men.

Asking for $7 million doesn’t mean that Ms. Kinsman wasn’t rape, but it is something to consider when you are considering if you believe her or Jameis.
