Officially Shelby was arrested resisting an officer (without violence) and trespassing. There was definitely some violence that happened and it looks like Shelby got the worse of it.
Shelby was arrested at 2:30am in Fort Lauderdale according to the Sun Sentinel. There aren’t a lot of details, but someone needs to explain why Shelby looks like he is the one who is the victim of a crime. What we do know is Shelby was at a club, he was told to leave, allegedly he didn’t leave, got beat up and then was arrested.
He maintains his innocence according to his agent.
