Some pro sports franchises and organizations are known for producing excellence at certain positions. The Packers have a great history of quarterback play. The Lakers created the home of the great center. The Yankees are responsible for some of the greatest sluggers in MLB history.
What happens when your organization becomes famous for futility at one specific position. The Browns haven’t been relevant at the quarterback position since Bernie Kosar walked away from the game. All told, the Browns have had 20 different starting quarterbacks since 1999. Who can forget Cleveland using the No. 1 overall pick on Tim Couch.

It’s been all down hill since then. Those are a lot of different players. Would you be able to name half of them, not including Manziel or Hoyer?
