For a minute there, it looked like John Fox didn’t like Adam Gase.
After being turned down for the head coaching vacancy in San Francisco, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Adam Gase has been hired as the new offensive coordinator for the Chicago Bears.

NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport first reported the agreement and noted it will be a three-year deal.
Rapoport previously reported on Tuesday that Gase would be traveling to Chicago to meet with the Bears for an interview on Wednesday, which he said “could move very quickly.”
