RJ Choppy is a sports radio host in Dallas, Tex., and he also does play-by-play for the local NBA D-League team, the Texas Legends. With D-League games only being shown on YouTube, broadcasters have a lot of room to freestyle, and Choppy did just that in a recent game, by finishing every big play with a pop culture reference.
