Technically, Hernandez could be telling the truth but still be involved in the murder. Maybe he didn’t pull the trigger, but told one of his boys to actually do the killing. With that being said to swear on your baby’s life you didn’t do it is a pretty strong statement.

What we have is a lot of Hernandez denials, but a lot of evidence pointing to him being the mastermind or the shooter. Is that enough to convict? We will see.
