The moves that head coach/GM Chip Kelly has made for the Eagles this off season have been headline grabbers. Whether you agree with them or not, Chip clearly has a vision of the way he wants his team playing – and he’s following through with it. Not everyone seems to see the same vision as Chip, though, and some have even gone as far as to imply his roster moves have been based out of racism.
Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk won’t take it that far, but he does seem to believe that the signing of DeMarco Murray, in particular, doesn’t make any sense. Florio went on to infer that the signing of the Cowboy’s former RB was due to outside pressure, because why else would you want a gifted player at a skill position? Dan Le Batard, while on vacation, somehow got wind of the article and decided to voice his displeasure on twitter.
@LeBatardShow . . . Not quite what I said. But feel free to twist my words. Not the first time you've done it.

Though we wish this fight had continued and developed into a no-holds-bar cage match between NBC and ESPN broadcasters, the two wound up squashing their beef shortly after Le Batard called into Florio’s radio show to detail his position.
Overall the DeMarco Murray signing seems to make sense, and I find it highly unlikely that Chip is busy wondering how he can impress the media next. Florio was off base with his comments, and Le Batard let him know about it.
