Ohio State’s athletic department released a statement saying that while Braxton Miller’s Instagram post was a violation, it was minor and would not result in any harm to his eligibility.
Some thought Miller would face NCAA discipline for an Instagram post that showed him with AdvoCare nutritional products.

The school’s compliance department tweeted a reminder earlier Thursday.
