It appears that NFL WR Greg Little is having some landlord issues. Little began renting a Hollywood mansion in January to the tune of $15K per month. All appeared fine until one of Little’s rent checks bounced. The landlord then gave him the ultimatum of pay up or get out.
However, Little basically said he’s not taking either option and continues to occupy the home. He says that the landlord is trying to get one over on him, and he’s not accepting it. He says that things in the house are constantly breaking, and no one comes to fix it. His response was to intentionally let the rent check bounce.
“When you pay for a high dollar house, you want everything to be smooth,” Greg tells TMZ Sports … “stuff was breaking left and right. They wouldn’t fix the stuff.”
Meanwhile, the landlord has filed court documents to force Little to leave the home. He says he’s not trying to be a jerk, but he just feels that he hasn’t been treated fairly. Let’s see how this one ends.
