D.J. Hernandez is still a young man, and watching your young brother get sentenced to life in prison, while still facing two other murder charges has to be rough.
Hernandez was the recruiting coordinator at Iowa under Kirk Ferentz, but now is reportedly walking away from coaching to live a quiet life in Dallas.
The conviction of his young brother Aaron, may have been the tipping point.
DJ Hernandez, according to his twitter profile, now works as a project manager for a remodeling company in Dallas and is no longer coaching.

There are a lot of things in life that are tough to explain. I’m not sure anybody can explain this one.’’
D.J. Hernandez, according to his twitter profile, has taken a job as a project manager at a roofing and remodeling company in Dallas.
