Scandrick missed the first four weeks of the Dallas Cowboys’ offseason conditioning program, with threats of a holdout.
Scandrick was scheduled to make $1.5 million this year as part of a re-worked deal he signed late in 2013 that guaranteed him $9 million. He was also the fourth-highest paid cornerback on the team.
