ESPN is either cutting cost, or getting all their ducks in a row.
According to James Andrew Miller, Keith Olbermann is out at ESPN when his contract is up at the end of the month. This comes on the heels of the network asking the opinionated host to tone down his commentary on Roger Goodell.
The second @KeithOlbermann era at @espn has come to a close. There will be no new contract. Current deal which was two years ends 7/31.

This was "business decision" from @espn pov; want parting with @KeithOlbermann to be amicable.

ESPN seems to be cutting the cost of big salaries and even bigger personalities.
