Back in the old Twitter days, the nights when Dateline aired “To Catch a Predator” were a precursor to the live tweeting of events that you see now.
It was a glorious time, before Twitter got over saturated.
The show went off the air, but Hansen decided to bring it back by raising his own money to produce the show.
His kickstarter has raised over $90k and the production of Hansen vs. Predator has begun, with 10 men already being arrested. Those episodes have already been filmed, edited and are ready to go.
The question begs where will the show air? Hansen says he has been in talks with networks, but also could do a streaming or online service, so stay tuned.
