Metta World Peace offers some insight as to why the Lakers are struggling.
To see the Lakers play this way, it downright hurts our eyes. During his time with the team, the Lakers were flourishing and showed no sign of stopping. But alas, all good things must come to an end and its time to rebuild. Metta World Peace discussed with the Wall Street Journal why the Lakers are struggling. Quite frankly-his analysis is epic.
“Some of the guys forgot how we got the lead, kind of like a fish,” he said. “You know how fish dig their thing in 30 second intervals? Then run into a mirror. Then they go, ‘Oh, that hurt…’ Sometimes we forget and the fish brain comes out. Maybe they ate too much sushi. Maybe they should just stick to the red meat. Maybe just be vegan.”
He also offered some dietary advice and touched upon Kobe.
“Kobe, he’s doing a lot of great things, he got a great family, his kids are playing basketball. His life is just getting started. He’s not 40 yet and 40 is a great age, especially if you take care of yourself. You eat healthy, you don’t abuse your body, that’s a great age and life is pretty much just beginning at that time.”
We’re only left to wonder what Kobe is eating.
