Georgia running back Keith Marshall has opted to forgo his senior season and enter the 2016 NFL Draft per head coach Mark Richt.
Marshall seemed destined to be a star at UGA, but after suffering a knee injury he was passed up by Todd Gurley and Nick Chubb.
Mark Richt says Keith Marshall indeed making this his final season. "He just wants to go ahead and move on and take his shot at the NFL."

This is a bit surprising, as Marshall more than likely won’t be an early pick considering the path his career has gone since he got to Georgia. He showed some promise early on, but hasn’t shown much since then, as he has been buried on the depth chart behind superior talent.
Marshall is looking at a steep uphill climb to an NFL roster, unless he comes out and blows the doors off during the draft process.
