Virginia Tech has officially named former Memphis head coach Justin Fuente their new head coach to replace Frank Beamer.
Fuente is a rising star in the coaching industry and was very successful at Memphis, which included producing a future first round pick in Paxton Lynch.

It won’t be easy following a legend like Beamer, but Fuente is a heck of coach and this is a great hire for Virginia Tech.
