Unless you are professionally trained boxer, you aren’t going to look good hitting a heavy bag or speed bag.
Plus it isn’t natural to punch with gloves on, so while Meek is getting slandered a bit for his very slow hands, most of us wouldn’t do much better.
Might want to use the jab a little more and a bit of a better stance would generate more power in his shots.
