Can he turn it around, or will he join the long list of coaching guru’s who went to Syracuse and left without a job?
Thayer Evans and Pete Thamel of Sports Illustrated are both reporting that Bowling Green head coach Dino Babers has agreed to a six-year deal to take over at Syracuse.
Dan Wolken of USA Today confirmed that Babers had been snagged earlier in the week.
Babers was done to Syracuse three days ago. He was pulled off the job market and Syracuse's other finalist pulled out of the race.

Babers’ last game at Bowling Green saw his team beat Northern Illinois 34–14 on Friday to win the MAC championship.
Babers compiled an 18–9 record in two seasons at Bowling Green, both of which included MAC East Division titles and trips to the conference championship game.
