Russell Westbrook’s best friend Khelcey Barrs III died suddenly in 2004 during a pickup basketball game. Barrs had an undiagnosed enlarged heart.
Westbrook wears KB3 wristbands every game and he has personally made it his mission to help the American Heart Association and keep the memory of his friend alive.
