Bryon Scott is a tough minded old school coach and it’s no surprise that he would resort to extreme motivational tactics to inspire the Lakers. Well, it appears that Scott gave a special pre-game speech in which he called out his team’s manhood
.
Lakers beat writer Mark Medina has the details in this tweet:
Byron said he lit into the guys beforehand and questioned their manhood. Byron joked he may have to do that every night.

The speech along with Kobe’s return may have contributed to the 112-95 blow out win against the defending champion Warriors, or perhaps the Warriors partied a bit too hard the night before. Either way this was a great signature win for the Lakers, that points to a much brighter future for the franchise.
