5 Mistakes the WWE Needs to Avoid During Their Brand Split

Brand Split

The WWE brand split is happening and fans have seen the WWE fumble this concept before, so it’s important that the WWE learns from their prior mistakes and improve upon the model this time.

Here are 5 mistakes the WWE should avoid during brand split 2.0:

1. Having Two Heavyweight Titles

WWE

Sadly, Dave Meltzer is already reporting that the WWE has made one of these mistakes.

Roman Reigns is becoming stale and adding a champion like Cena isn’t going to blind people from his mediocrity. A.J. Styles did a great job in carrying him through their feud and Seth Rollins can do the same, but how long until the WWE realises that the belt will be better off on a wrestler that can elevate others?

The current title should remain the grand prize in the sport and the champion should able float freely between Smackdown and Raw for feuds. This doesn’t mean the champion appears on both shows in the same week but every few months they’d switch over to give the next major contender a shot.
