Ezekiel Elliot was just drafted onto the team with arguably the best offensive line in the NF and he has a perennial all-star QB in Tony Romo next to him in the backfield, but Vegas oddsmakers aren’t convinced he will have a standout rookie year:
Bovada also set the over/under for Zeke Elliott rushing yards next year at 900.

It should be mentioned there is talent at his position in Dallas with Darren McFadden and Alfred Morris. None of which are stand-alone backs, but with Zeke coming into the mix and adding more talent to the pool, it could help improve the quality of their carries.
It doesn’t really matter if Zeke has 1,000 yards, it matters if the Cowboys rushing attack can keep Jason Garrett honest in balancing the play calling.
