Rick Ross’ baby mama Tia Kemp is back in court and this time, her demands are much higher as court paperwork reveals how much she makes a month. Will she win this battle?
When you read the details of this new demand that Tia Kemp is making, you’ll think to yourself that this isn’t a bad business to run after all. Rick Ross is potentially being forced to show exactly how much he makes all because Kemp is demanding this from a judge. How she only ends up with $20 is ridiculous considering her lavish lifestyle. What’s even more laughable is the fact that she comes home with less than $500 and works as a real estate agent. I don’t know about you but real estate agents don’t make that little.
“Father has not filed a response to the request to produce, nor has he provided any responsive documents to the mother,” Kemp’s court papers, obtained by BOSSIP, state.
Kemp wants Ross to up her child support payments from the current $2,800 a month to pay for things for her son like counseling, tutoring and extracurricular activities. She has said in court papers that he can afford an increase, because his own income has shot up from his music sales and owning Wingstop franchises.
Kemp said she works as a real estate agent, but is only bringing in $485 a month because she works on commission. She also said that she has just $20 in cash on hand.
However, her monthly expenses totaled more than $15,000 for things like a $2,200 mortgage or rental payment and $1,350 on her car. She said she needs $1,000 a month for vacations because she’d like to take their son on two holidays – one to learn, and one for fun – as well as $1,500 a month on the boy’s clothing, $200 on grooming, $120 on pet expenses and $200 on books.
The news comes as a judge ruled last month that Ross would have to pay the $2,100 a month tuition for his son’s six week summer camp, and could have his son for a two week visit when summer camp gets out.
Who in their right mind goes on monthly vacations?
