According to TMZ Sports, charges have been filed in the incident involving Moses Malone Jr. outside a Houston strip club last month. A quick refresh if you’re not familiar. Malone Jr. was outside V Line, a Houston strip club, and robbed at gunpoint. The assailants took Malone’s chain, allegedly worth $50K. Here is where the story gets interesting. At the time of the attack Malone believed it was because of a Facebook post about Houston Rockets star James Harden. Malone said Harden’s entourage attacked him because of the “inflammatory” post. See the post below, Malone calls Harden “Hollywood” in reference to the high price of Harden’s basketball camp.

The TMZ Sports report confirmed the district attorney has charged 4 men for the June 25th incident. In the criminal complaint, Malone told police Darian Blount [V Live bouncer] said:
He [Malone] had disrespected James Harden and that he need to be punished after that.
Blount and the 3 other men have each been charged with aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. Other than Malone’s claim that the attack was because of the post about Harden and that Blount is a part of Harden’s entourage; there is no connection to James Harden and he has not been charged with any crime.
We are here because of a Facebook post about James Harden that someone who may or may not be associated with Harden took offense to…stay tuned.
