Keith Scott was walking backwards with his hands at his side when the cop shot him four times.
He made no aggressive movements nor did he point a gun at the police officers. Honestly, you can’t even see if he has a gun at all. In fact he is turned away from the officer than shot him. Also it should noted the cops had Scott surrounded front and back, he was boxed in.
Once again it appears this was a cop who wasn’t properly trained with an itchy trigger finger. He should be arrested for manslaughter, this was totally avoidable shooting.
Here is how the cops said it went down. Remember just having a gun in your hand doesn’t mean cops have a license to kill.
