The 1984 NBA Draft will go down as one of the best ever, with Hakeem Olajuwon, Michael Jordan and Charles Barkley and John Stockton being some of the players drafted who’ve already been named Hall of Famers or will be.
The 2003 NBA draft class was deep as well — featuring the likes of LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh to name a few of the future Hall of Famers in that class as well.
The best draft class in my opinion has to be from 1996 — featuring Hall of Famers like Kobe Bryant, Allen Iverson, Steve Nash and Ray Allen, as well stars like — Marcus Camby, Shareef Abdur-Rahim, Stephon Marbury, Antoine Walker, Peja Stojaković, Jermaine O’Neal, Žydrūnas Ilgauskas, Derek Fisher and more.
To celebrate such a legendary class — SLAM put together this dazzling mixtape featuring some of the tops names.
