So not only did Noel Christner Kuebler shoot two police officers with a shotgun, he was taken alive, with a single shot returned by authorities.
Witnesses say a man holding a shotgun was threatening to shoot someone in the mobile home park in the 2300 block of Plaza Drive. According to police accounts, Kuebler was a resident of the park.
“I was on the phone with the neighbor and there was an officer by her car, you know, crouching for a shield,” said Stephanie Lucas, a neighbor in the area. “He told me stay indoors and away from the windows.”
According to KMOV4 — Keubler was charged with three counts of assault on a law enforcement officer, three counts of armed criminal action and one count of felony resisting arrest. He is currently being held in the Jefferson County Jail on a $750,000 cash-only bond.
