Things have been hectic for the Knicks organization lately to say the least. The latest drama is between star Carmelo Anthony and team president Phil Jackson. There are rumors that Jackson wants to trade Melo, but, of course, Melo has a no-trade clause built into his contract.
At this point, Jackson hasn’t spoken to Anthony, but it looks like that will change very soon.
New York Knicks prez Phil Jackson plans to meet with disgruntled star forward Carmelo Anthony in the next few days, sources told ESPN.

The question remains will the meeting involve Jackson reassuring Anthony that he won’t be traded, or will he try to convince Melo to waive his no-trade clause? Inquiring minds want to know and hopefully we’ll all find out soon enough.
