Atlanta Falcons owner Arthur Blank is basking in the joy of his team advancing to the big dance for the first time since 1999…the only other opportunity the Dirty Birds have had to bring the Lombardi trophy back home.
They lost to John Elway’s Broncos and haven’t been back since.
Now that the Falcons have made it to the Super Bowl, Blank is pulling out all the stops to make the entire city a part of the event. From ensuring all of his employees attend the big game, to now trying to influence schools to be closed the Monday after the game; allowing students and faculty to stay up late to watch.
Check out this video of Blank’s daughter (who attends Pace University) getting his opinion on the matter, after asking the head of the school, Fred Assaf; about having the Monday off.
